O viens, Seigneur, ne tarde pas, 
Viens dissiper l’obscurité 
Où nous devons toujours marcher, 
Remplis nos yeux de ton éclat! 

Brillant soleil, très pur matin, 
Nous aimerions te contempler, 
Nous réjouir de ta beauté, 
O lève toi sur nos chemins. 

Parais enfin et nous vivrons,
